I'm redoing the site at this moment. There will be some dead

Everything should be working again now. Please mail me if you
find any errors anywhere on the site. I'm going off-line now, the
weather is so bad I can't even hear the keyboard clicks anymore!

The FTP is on-line again. Thumbnails and the Gallery are
temporarily unavailable. But the meshes are downloadable. I'll
fix this problem tomorrow.

My FTP server seems to be down. This means that the gallery
and the meshes won't be available for download. I'm not even sure
what the problem is (I'm waiting for an answer from my host), so
I can't even begin to guess when these problems will be over. I'm
sorry for the inconvenience. I'll try to get it working ASAP.

Mark Kingsnorth has uploaded a newer vision of the 1701-E to
me! He textured the beta model posted here, and it now looks much
better! Although some will probable want better, the current
model is definitely worth the download to do some nice pictures
with. Thanks a million, Mark!

I have redone the gallery. It now loads much faster (the
thumbnails are now actually thumbnails), the layout has changed a
bit, and there are now 2 more images, on of them based on the
McKinley image in the newsletter. More images to come soon.

First, I'd like to express my gratitude to George
W. Proctor. He has helped me alot with my 3DSMax problems lately,
and he has kindly responded to all e-mail I sent him, though he
didn't even have a clue who I was. It's these people that make
the 3D Community. Thanks for everything, Geo.
For people who don't know him, a link to
href="http://www.geowproctor.simplenet.com/">his homepage is
on the links page.
The Wolfpack page keeps updating! They've added the D7 in MAX
format and in trueSpace format, then 1701-A and 1701-B in
lightwave format, and the old excelsior mesh in Lightwave format.
They're all here now. Also an update for the NCC 1701-D. Now at
revision 5. No new downloads required.
I also added a short tutorial on how to position the McKinley
arms.

New meshes! I've got some new high quality meshes for you!
Check out the U.S.S. Dauntless! (People who
haven't seen the season 4 finale of Voyager, you don't know this
ship. Check the link on the download page if you're interested).
Is the Dauntless not enough for you? Need something more
stationary? Well, check out Eric Peterson's McKinley
space station! It's as seen in ST: TNG several times,
most notably the final episode, when Picard & Tasha are
looking out of the shuttle windows to the newly commissioned
NCC-1701-D. Still not enough? Well, then there's nothing really
new, although you won't recognize it! The WolfPack has just
released the high-res Excelsior! You'll need
128mb of RAM, but if you have: It's worth the download!
Check all this out on the mesh download page. Please also
check out the new links on the download page, for the pages of
href="http://www.aarauonline.ch/zschokke.dom/">Dominic Zschokke,
and of Rob
Willsner. Rob uploaded the McKinley station to me, Dominic is
the greatly talented author of the lightwave version of the
U.S.S. Dauntless, and it's textures. Dominic, it's an honour to
convert the Dauntless for you.

Conversions conversions conversions...! I've converted the
1701-B, 1701-C and Voyager to Lightwave. I haven't spent much
work on them, so don't expect a seamless object.
