Even bigger surprise. A year later, I'm still alive and here, though I don't time really to do anything with this site. However, at megapopular demand I've added the Enterprise NX-01 by Andrew Smith. Also I've removed the link to the Wormhole mesh, as this mesh is no longer available for download.
I may be back for some more small updates, I may not. I'll try though! :)

Surprise. Back again. I have my reasons, and don't start second guessing what they are. There will be some dead links on the site right now, as some links to other pages will have died. But soon this site will be different, and it will be better. The meshes will be better, the layout will be better and other content will be better. I've said this many times before, but please have patience. It shouldn't be too long now. In the meantime, enjoy the meshes on this site.
HOWEVER:
Observe the disclaimer. The meshes on this site are for private, personal use only. The only things you may do are: Render pictures for own pc use, or for display on your own homepage. If you do display pictures on the internet, you are to put credits for the author(s) on the picture. If you can observe these simple rules, then have fun!

For all those longing for more meshes and pictures, I have one thing to say. Actually two things! Scifi-art and 3D Gladiators. The first is completely revised, the second is totally new. 3D Gladiators focuses on the TOS era and before. There's many new pictures of new ships, and alot of tutorials for both Lightwave and 3D Studio MAX, on both sites. There will be meshes for download in the not too distant future as well. The Scifi-art team has done it again. You haven't lived until you've seen these pages.
Also, I've been added to the 'Rogues,' and hence the Scifi-art logo above. Those who want to know more about me, read my interview in the 'Rogues Gallery.' :). Go and enjoy yourselves!

5 months no update..... Forum users will have seen that I'm still alive, emailers will have known too. But for the rest of you, I'm here. I'm really very sorry for the lack of updates, it's not the kind of service I wanted to deliver. I just haven't had the time the last 6 months to do anything 3D related. There's been good things for me though, I'm now a First Officer for easyJet UK on the Boeing 737-300. However, all the training required for that has taken me away from my pc, and it will for some time to come. I'll stay on-line for email and the webboard, but since I travel here and there on a weekly basis, I can't take my PC with me and my connection is through a mobile phone (9600bps), which is far too slow to upload/download anything. I hope to settle down in Luton, UK soon, with my own PC with me again and a good phoneline. When I do, I'll get back to this page immediately. For now, thank you very much for your patience, and happy rendering!

As you can see, no update. I'm sorry but I just don't have the time. I'll do my best over the coming couple of weeks, but no promises as to when the update will be. If you have any questions please use the webboard.

To enable you to moan and whine about my lack of updates, I've now re-installed a forum. Please use it for anything that's got to do with scifi rendering and anything on this site. I hope this will keep you busy. I will definitely read it regulary and thus you can get a quick answer from me on the board. Also I will take to heart any suggestions! The board is mainly there for you to help each other archieve the best results with the meshes for download here. I hope you enjoy it!

An update to the post below, the Scifi-art forums are now temporarily on-line at http://www.happy-soft.com/scifiart/ubb/Ultimate.cgi.

For all Scifi-art visitors, I received this email today:
Yes, Scifi-Art is temporarily offline. Our hosting service kicked us today, we've been expecting it for about nine months or so but we figured it would happen in February, so we got caught off guard... We apologize for any inconvenience, according to Pedro our new server (Which we own and probably won't get kicked off of *lol*) should be done within a week, but the forums might take longer... The license to them was through Communitech, so we may have to purchase a new one... Which will take longer. We have set up a temporary forum at:
http://pub5.ezboard.com/bscifiarttemporaryforums.
Gosh, we think of everything don't we? *lol*

Banners for Devil's World have been put up on the main and mesh download pages. Also corrected the 3DS download link for the Galaxy OPS consoles. Thanks to Gustavo Lećo for pointing that out to me.

I wanted to post this link here for ages. The Star Trek Meshes Collection now has a sister site, Devil's World, Devilman has meshes there that are also here, but he updated and cleaned them. The amount of meshes he's got is much less (for now), but it's in a very organized state, and they are all put into very nice packets, and they are better quality than here. Visit him, and see what he's got there. In the end we will try to make the sites equal in downloads, so if one goes down, the other can take over!
