and, if you dont have lightwave, there's always the option of running a lightwave mesh through blender, and exporting it as a .obj file(with required .mtl, needed for proper loading of textures and other things related to a given mesh)
.obj files, are from what I've seen, the most universally compatible format.
now, I could be wrong on that last bit, but, you never know.

you mean trekmeshes? dunno about that.
startrekeurope is down, indeed. not forever, but its down currently. i dont know what it is with all those things that keep going wrong. one time i think i solved everything, and other problems rise. stupid computers.

the ares class .lwo mesh link returns a 404 error....
