Vesta Class

Hi!
we are Star Trek fans and we are about to open a play by chat (non-profit and totally free) role-playing game.
We would like to know if someone is available to create the Vesta Class and at what cost.
The idea, is to get it out of the space dock so that it can be admired in its beauty.
