Here's my example

Hey, Chains... I think the file is bad. I can not see.
The link works, but I see only the famous small square with a red 'X' in the center ...
Well, Maybe it's a temporary problem ...

I think its because the JPG compression rate was 9. Some browser don't support that. Here another try.

Now I see!
Well .. We Know that the panels are proposed.
I think the numbers may be as they appear ... 8)

That would be blind luck then as i just made them up. But are you saying they might be random?? Looking at ST i think nothing is random. There is always some filosophy behind every design aspect.

I also believe that! But this reminds me of the explanations of Jefferies about the meaning of "NCC", and why to be "1701".
Okuda is an artist, you and I we are. Often we create things that are there to illustrate an idea, a concept without having the obligation to this or that really works. My wife has a degree in fine arts, and her motto is: The Art (Real or Fictional) should be convincing.
In fact, Star Trek has a well defined technology side. But its artists are creating something that does not exist.
The graphics, panels, artifacts, devices, languages and races are the result of artistic imagination, talents involved in film production.
Often, they have no answers about how or when it works, which button should be pressed, why is it blue or yellow?
If so, I just say Amen!
Be sure of one thing, every artist gives his best for the final work be a great show for lovers of Star Trek.
Star Trek, unfortunately, is not yet a reality, but I do not see myself as a fiction, but as an art to be admired!
And speaking about art, I'm anxious to see your finished!
Therefore,
Never Give Up, Never Surrender!
*******************************************************************

Your right Raul. But there is a logic behind it. On the LCARS ther is a specific color for each function.
So the numbers must mean something aswell. Around the directional pad there are the coordinates 0,90,180,270. But the rest is pure speculation.
BTW : NCC doesnt mean anything, they made that up.

Chainsaw, in the image '42 operations', appears "controle."
"Controle" is Portuguese.
